Hope is in session! The Hope Yearbook is a celebration of the things that make us human — community, vulnerability, and hope.

The Hope Yearbook showcases different people and perspectives as we ask folks about what gives you hope, the advice you’d give to your past self, and what you’d say to your future self. We get to hear about the bright spots in our lives, reflect on our experiences, and share in our future aspirations. There is power in sharing our stories, our insights, and our hope.

The Hope Yearbook can’t exist without YOU! Will you sign our yearbook?

We want to highlight our amazing community members — YOU!

Participate in Chicago:

In our Hope Yearbook we want to feature our community through a series of videos where they will get to share a bit of their story and what gives them hope.

What we’d need from you:

  • Be in the video!

    • Set up a time to come by our office

OR

  • Stop by one of our Sip of Hope community filming days

  • Your thoughts, insight, and hope!

Preview of the questions:

  • What gives you hope?

  • What advice would you give to your past self?

  • What would you say to your future self?

  • How would you sign the Hope Yearbook?

Participate from Anywhere:

For those not in the Chicagoland area, you can still be a part of our upcoming campaign and help us spread hope! All you have to do is send us a brief video of yourself saying “HAVE HOPE.” This video can be taken outside, in your car, or even in your kitchen - we’re not looking for perfection, just hope!

It only takes one person to start the conversation on mental health — help us show just how many people there are willing to spread hope in their communities.
